Indiana Pork Presents 'Harley' to Lt. Governor Skillman

On September 24 the Indiana Pork Board of Directors presented Lt. Governor Becky Skillman with 'Harley', a life-size ceramic pig painted with the Indiana Pork logo.  The pig, which was unveiled at the Indiana State Fair, will sit outside if the Lt. Governor's office at the Statehouse. Click here to view the article.


Pork Producers Welcome Community to Farm

Mark and Chris York of Roann, IN welcomed community leaders, legislators and friends to their pork operation, Riverbend Farms, for a day of learning and fun on September 30.  Close to 50 people attended the lunch and learn session which included a tractor tour of the farm and a presentation on modern pork production in Wabash County.


Indiana Pork Advocacy Coalition Endorses Mitch Daniels for Governor of Indiana

The Indiana Pork Advocacy Coalition (INPAC), the voluntary membership arm of Indiana Pork, announces its endorsement of Mitch Daniels in his bid for a second term of Governor of Indiana.  This is the first official political endorsement that the organization has provided in its history.  Click here to view the endorsement letter.  To view the full press release, click here.
